Yes. Your subscription plan will renew automatically unless you cancel this option. To cancel the automatic renewal of your plan and avoid future non-desired payments you just need to notify us using the support chat.

Yes, at Textura we want you to be happy. So you will be able to review any textura before downloading it and reject it if you are not satisfied.

Yes, your textures will be available for you up to 2 weeks after you cancel your plan. We want to give you time and make sure that you can migrate all your textures to a safe place. However, the moment you subscribe to a new plan, you will regain access to all of your information.

No, every company can have as many users as needed without extra cost.

Yes, you can invite team members or suppliers so they can share materials with you.

Yes, every Business Plan comes with personalised training for the organisation as well as your suppliers. With an agent assigned to deploy Textura for your team or organisation.

A person responsible for deployment, personalised training and ongoing monitoring of the Business Plan in your company. They will answer any questions, resolve any incidents and respond to any matters related to training in and deployment of this project management software for companies.

Your invoice is available as soon as you have purchased your plan. Contact support using the support chat, and ask for an invoice.

Textura can deliver maps from any image between 300 and 1200 DPI. However, for best results in high quality images we recommend configuring your scanner at 800 DPI or above.

Once the maps are generated and ready to download, you will be able to download a U3M file with all the embedded data, or a ZIP file with the maps in PNG format and a txt file with size information for the repeat. These formats are enough for you to use our 3D textures in the main 3D tools out there.
