This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose information when you access and use the website at textura.ai (the “Site”) and the Textura application and related services (together with the Site, the “Services”), provided by SEDDI, Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates (“SEDDI”, “we”, “our” or “us”). It should be read with our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy.

“Personal Information” means any information from or about a person that identifies that person directly, or that makes that person identifiable when combined with other information from or about that person from any source.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Account information: when you register or are invited to the Services, such as your name, email address, company and sign-in details.

  • Customers, suppliers and prospects: limited business contact and order information from our business relationship with you.
  • Mailing list: your email address and interests, if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe by following the instructions in any email.

Subject to your cookie choices where consent is required, we collect:

  • Device and network data: such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language and approximate location.
  • Usage data: such as pages visited, referring pages, time spent and features used.
  • Visitor identification data, only if you opt in to Warmly: information used to recognise returning browsers and identify visiting companies and people, such as device data and IP address.

Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies and similar technologies we use and how to control them.

6. Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites and services. This policy applies only to the Services. Those sites follow their own rules, may place their own cookies and may collect your information, so we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

7. Security

We use industry-standard technologies and procedures to help protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, and we train our employees on privacy and security. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never overcome those measures.

8. Browser privacy signals

We honour Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it and you haven’t made a choice yet, we treat it as rejecting all non-essential cookies on the Site. We do not currently respond to “do-not-track” signals, because browsers apply them inconsistently.

9. Managing your information

You can correct your Account information in the Services, or ask us to correct or delete it, or for a copy, at legal@seddi.com. If you cancel your Account or ask us to delete your information, we will limit access to what is needed to do so and delete the information accessible to us within 15 business days, subject to section 13.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, erase or receive a copy of your Personal Information, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact legal@seddi.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or other regulatory agency. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve your concern.

11. California residents

Subject to certain exemptions, California residents may ask us to disclose the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about them, its sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to, and may ask us to delete it. We do not sell Personal Information, and we do not share it with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

You or an authorized agent can make a request at legal@seddi.com. We may need to verify your identity, and will use that information only for that purpose. We will acknowledge your request within 10 days and respond within 45 days, or tell you in writing if we need up to 90 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

12. International transfers

SEDDI is based in the United States and Europe, and our Terms of Service state that the Services run through servers in the USA. Our service providers operate in the U.S. and other countries, so Personal Information may be transferred to and accessed from countries other than the one where it was collected. We make these transfers in compliance with applicable law.

13. Data retention

We keep Personal Information related to your Account for as long as needed to provide the Services, to deal with possible legal claims and to comply with the law. We then delete or de-identify it. Even if you ask us to delete it, we may have to keep some information where the law requires, and will delete it once that requirement ends. Cookie lifetimes are listed in our Cookie Policy.

14. Age

By using the Services, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

15. Changes to this policy

We review this policy periodically and may change it as the Services change. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will try to tell you about significant changes by email.

16. Contacting us

If you have questions or concerns about this policy, contact legal@seddi.com.
